Shelbi Miller

Shelbi joined Meridian as a Summer Associate in 2021 and began working as a full-time consultant in 2022. She consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director benchmarking, short and long term incentive plan design, and peer group analysis. Shelbi has worked with both publicly-traded and non-profit companies across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Meridian, Shelbi earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University, majoring in Law and Public Policy with double minors in Marketing and Human Resource Management.
