Justin Peters
Justin is a senior consultant with expertise in a broad range of executive compensation and related governance matters.
Prior to joining Meridian, Justin practiced as an executive compensation and employee benefits lawyer at Gunderson Dettmer, one of the premier Silicon Valley-based global law firms, representing venture capital funds, and technology and life sciences companies. At Gunderson Dettmer, he counseled clients in a variety of executive compensation matters including employment, separation, bonus and change-in-control agreements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and equity incentive plans and related agreements. Justin also practiced for several years representing public charities, private foundations, and other tax-exempt organizations in New York City.
He has a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Maryland.
