Caroline Montalbano
Caroline consults with boards of directors and senior management on all aspects of executive and director compensation. She has worked with organizations that are pre-IPO to mature, publicly traded Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries.
Caroline is a Certified Public Accountant and she began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP providing Tax, Audit and Process Assurance consulting services. Caroline also has corporate experience. Prior to joining Meridian, Caroline spent ten years at Noble Energy where she held several finance and HR leadership roles.
Caroline earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master in Professional Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
