Eunsoo Kim

Eunsoo joined Meridian as a Summer Associate in 2022 and began working as a full-time consultant in 2023. She consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director benchmarking, short and long term incentive plan design, and peer group analysis.

Prior to joining Meridian, Eunsoo earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Berkeley, double majoring in Economics and Legal Studies with a minor in Data Science.
