Frank Carris

Consultant

Frank joined Meridian as a Summer Associate in 2023 and began working as a full-time consultant in 2024. He consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan design, and peer group analysis.

Prior to joining Meridian, Frank graduated from the University of Miami Herbert Business School with a B.B.A. in Finance.
