David is an experienced executive compensation consultant who advises compensation committees and senior management teams on a broad range of compensation strategy and design matters. With over 10 years of experience, he provides guidance on executive and director compensation benchmarking, short- and long-term incentive plan design, equity dilution and valuation, pay-for-performance alignment, and Say on Pay considerations. His approach emphasizes aligning executive pay with business strategy while balancing market, investor, and regulatory expectations, enabling clients to make informed and effective compensation decisions.
David serves clients across a wide range of industries, including aerospace & defense, energy, financials, industrials, manufacturing, and more. He works with organizations of all sizes—from small private companies to large publicly traded corporations, including those in the S&P 500.
Prior to joining Meridian, David has held several roles within executive compensation for both public and private companies. Most recently, he was part of the Partner Compensation Group at McKinsey & Co. where he advised on the design and implementation of compensation programs.
David holds a B.S. in Mathematics and M.S. in Finance from Villanova University.
