Ron has over 25 years of experience advising compensation committees and senior management. Ron provides guidance on a broad range of executive compensation matters including compensation strategy, peer group development, competitive pay assessments, incentive plan design, pay-for-performance, severance and Change-in-Control benefits and non-employee director compensation.
In addition, Ron has extensive experience advising companies undergoing corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, IPOs and spin-offs. Ron has served companies across a wide range of industries including chemicals, energy, insurance, materials, services and utilities.
Ron has written articles for NACD’s Directorship Magazine, Corporate Board Member and C-SUITE Insight Magazine.
Prior to joining Meridian in 2016, Ron spent 14 years consulting on executive compensation matters at Deloitte Consulting. Ron began his career advising companies on executive compensation matters in Andersen’s Human Capital practice.
Ron received a Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
