Recently, Meridian’s Partners voted to recognize Lead Consultant Patrick Powers who has exceeded these criteria with an invitation to join the Partnership.
Patrick has nearly 15 years of executive compensation consulting experience. His expertise includes competitive benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan design, alignment of pay and performance, compensation disclosure and technical issues. He has built a strong portfolio of clients which ranges from pre-IPO startups to large public companies, with emphasis on technology and consumer product/service companies. Patrick is a frequent speaker and writer on executive compensation trends and developments and serves as a firm-wide resource on accounting and valuation matters.
