Kaylie Folias
Kaylie joined Meridian as an intern in the summer of 2019. Upon graduation, Kaylie returned to Meridian as a full-time consultant. She consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, and peer group analysis.
Prior to joining Meridian, Kaylie served as summer intern for a large Canadian Financial Institution, in their finance division where she assisted on a variety of global optimization projects.
She received a BBA (Specialized Program in Management) with distinction from the University of Toronto.
