Mike Meyer

Principal

Mike joined Meridian as a consultant in 2015. He currently provides guidance on a full range of executive compensation matters including compensation strategies and pay philosophies, executive and director compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, equity dilution and valuation and related corporate governance matters. Mike services a wide variety of industries including technology (hardware, software and distributors), utilities, industrial materials, professional services, health care and many more. His clients range in size from small private companies to S&P 500 companies.

He co-leads Meridian’s relationship with the Chicago Compensation Association. He has been interviewed in “ask the expert” sessions with Corporate Board Member and the Executive Compensation Podcast. He has also co-authored articles for Corporate Board Member and represented Meridian at Equilar’s annual Executive Compensation Summit.

Mike received B.S. degrees in both Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
