Sam Bricker
Sam joined Meridian as a consultant in 2019. He consults on a range of executive compensation matters including compensation strategies and pay philosophies, executive and director compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, realized and realizable pay analyses, ISS pay-for-performance modeling and equity utilization reviews.
Additionally, he’s involved in research related to governance practices, the use of ESG metrics in incentive plans and executive change-in-control severance arrangements.
Sam works with clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, consumer services, capital goods and utilities.
He has a B.A. in Economics and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
