Sam Bricker
Sam consults on a range of executive compensation matters including compensation strategies and pay philosophies, executive and outside director compensation, short-term and long-term incentive plan design and equity utilization.
He is involved in research related to governance practices and executive change-in-control severance arrangements. He has written articles for the National Association of Corporate Directors’ Director Advisory Magazine, and his work has been featured in the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance.
Sam also serves as a firm-wide resource on the SEC mandatory Pay-versus-Performance (“PVP”) disclosure and leads Meridian’s PVP Valuation team.
Sam works with clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, capital goods and utilities.
He has a B.A. in Economics and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
